POPIA's Eight Conditions

4. Further Processing Limitation

5. Information Quality

6. Openness

We maintain documentation of all processing operations and make information about our data practices available to data subjects upon request.

7. Security Safeguards

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the integrity and confidentiality of personal information and prevent unauthorized access, loss, or damage.

8. Data Subject Participation

You have the right to request access to your personal information, request corrections, object to processing, and lodge complaints with the Information Regulator.

Your Rights as a Data Subject

Right to Access

You have the right to request confirmation of whether we hold your personal information and access to that information.

Right to Correction

You may request correction or deletion of inaccurate, irrelevant, excessive, or outdated personal information.

Right to Object

You may object to the processing of your personal information on reasonable grounds relating to your particular situation.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator if you believe your rights have been infringed.

Information We Collect
